**About Our Client**:
Our client is a reputable player in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, boasting a robust workforce of over 1,000 employees. The company prides itself on its high-quality products and is well-known for its dedication to innovation and technological advancement.
- To provide all round support for the Group Accounting Function.
- Credit control - Mainly international clients, multi-currency ledgers, experience of dealing with group payments centres and resolving problematic queries. Allocating cash to ledgers, month end reconciliations and admin support where required.
- Accounts payable - Register supplier invoices for UK and international entities, matching GRN's to invoices and processing large value, multi product invoices. Month end statement reconciliations.
- Admin support, scanning and filing, helping out with other group companies at busy times.
- Annual audit for all group companies - Assistance with collating sample requests, sales and purchase invoices, customer PO's and PODs, remittance and payment confirmations.
- Processing monthly expenses and ensuring that all receipts are provided.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Accounts Clerk should have:

- A proven track record in a similar role
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
