**Facilities Operative Apprenticeship - Campari**

Managing the working environment for an organization's employees and services within industrial and commercial building.
Management of multi-discipline activities, within built environment, impact upon people and the workplace.
Management of day-to-day FM activities to contributes to the delivery of strategic and operational objectives.

**Apprenticeship Summary**
- 35 hours per week
- Level 2 Facilities Operative Qualification
- 52 weeks a year (all year round)
- 18 months to complete the course
- £12 per hour
- Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4/C and above or Level 2) essential
- Any successful applicant must complete a DBS check prior to start date
- Location: 14-16 Great Portland St, London W1W 8QW

**Main Duties**
- The broad purpose of the occupation is to support the FM team on all activities of soft and hard services.
- Cleaning, catering, reception, security, waste, mechanical and electrical engineering, plumbing and health and safety.
- As a member of the FM team, to assist with overall maintenance of the building.
- Carry out given tasks as directed and required, seeking advice and support as necessary.
- Support conducting routine inspections of the premises and equipment as directed.
- Admin tasks.
- Be prepared to be hands on and learn on the job.
- To take responsibility for personal health and safety.

**Specific Requirements**
- Basic understand of the facilities management environment.
- Customer service and administrative skills.
- Manual handling.
