Are you looking to start a career in Childcare? We have a fantastic opportunity working at a nursery as an Early Years Educator apprentice at our client’s setting in South West London. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in Childcare with a keen interest in Early Years. This is an apprenticeship role with great progression opportunities where you will train on the job to become a skilled Practitioner whilst gaining valuable experience in the childcare sector.

**Apprenticeship**: Early Years Educator level 3

**Working hours**:8am-6pm, 4 days per week

**Start date**: ASAP

**Pay**: £7.69 - £9 per hour

**Package includes**:

- Complete a fully-funded qualification
- Spend at least 6 of your contracted working hours studying towards your apprenticeship
- 28 days annual leave entitlement
- Great progression opportunities

**About the role**:

- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children aged from 10 month to 4 years old
- Supervise and engage children in indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times
- Assist with feeding, diaper changing, and other personal care routines as needed
- Curriculum Implementation, implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs based on the nurseries curriculum and EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
- Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning experiences
- Encourage independence, creativity, and critical thinking skills in children through planned activities and spontaneous interactions
- Communication and Collaboration: Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication channels
- Provide regular feedback to parents on their child’s progress, development, and achievements

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in a career in childcare
- Effective and confident communicator
- Highly motivated
- Enthusiastic in nature

**Apprenticeship eligibility requirements**:

- To not already hold an Early Years qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths

To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £7.69-£9.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
