Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Administer payroll and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, etc.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Knowledge of HR practices and regulations

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
