**F&B Supervisor - Courtyard Glasgow SEC**

This position is based on a full time contract.
Gross Salary: £24950

We have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our highly successful team here at the courtyard Glasgow.
Your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, working alongside senior management and team members, to ensure that the highest level of customer service is being delivered and the expectations of our guests are consistently exceeded.

**Your main duties will include**:

- You will manage and distribute work among the staff in the restaurant and the bar
- You will motivate and engage staff in the department through "learning by doing”
- You will make sure that the guest has an experience that exceeds their expectations by delivering a caring and professional service in a relaxed and stylish environment
- You will actively and visibly participate in the daily operations
- You will proactively build a long term relationship with guests and key partners
- You will shape a well-functioning team
- You will train and motivate employees so that they handle alcohol responsibly, HACCP standards and serve according to agreed service procedures
- You will be confident in taking on Duty Manager responsibilities throughout the hotel
