- **_Essential Duties and Responsibilities_**
- _ Processing Service quotations to customers for all van and in-house (Cramlington/Aberdeen) repairs_
- _ Full awareness and control of outstanding PO’s to allow these to be promptly received and processed_
- _ Full awareness and control of loan equipment to make sure this is collected_
- _ Stock System Data Base Maintenance - Torc Safe_
- _ Courier documentation_
- _ Customer Liaison/Support_
- _ Goods inward processing_
- _ Raising quotes and purchase orders via Insphire IT system_
- _ Stock Availability Checking_
- _ Dispatch Notes and certificate printing / checking_
- _ Support with management / coordination of customer equipment / kits_
- _ Switchboard support_
- _ Co-ordination of warehousing and order processing_
- _ Co-ordination of workbench regarding repairs and order of priority._
- _ General filing and office housekeeping_
- _ Van appointment booking - scheduling customer repair requests_
- _ Van technician travel support - accommodation etc_
**_ Computer Skills Necessary_**
- _ Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel_
**_ Work Environment_**
- _ Standard office environment of moderate noise level._
