**The Opportunity**

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our busy Supplier Invoice Query team, where we receive over 400,000 invoices per year via various manual and automated channels. The role will predominately be based around managing dispute queries on invoices that fall out of scope via IRIS our in house ERP system.

**The Role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Individual responsibility for allocated portfolio of suppliers in relation to invoice disputes and queries.
- Ensure supplier invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner using our Optical Character Recognition system and through our EDI invoice system.
- Immaculate attention to detail alongside highly accurate data entry and inputting skills
- Ensure supplier invoice disputes are carefully managed using our bespoke IRIS dispute management portal, escalated as appropriate and chased in a timely manner.
- A proactive and structured approach to dealing with disputes, and identifying root causes of queries.
- Effective interpersonal skills and strong communication talent.
- Working closely in conjunction with our Supply Chain team.

- Strong IT skills (MS Office, Financial Systems)
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Dedicated to building a rapport and a trusting relationship with stakeholders both internally and externally.

Pay: £23,400.00 per year
