**Admin Executive**

**Salary: £27,000 pa**

**Mon - Fri / 9am to 5:30pm**

We Staff have partnered with a leading company in mobile tech refurbishment and distribution and are seeking an Admin Executive to join their team, reporting directly to the Account Manager. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in providing professional administrative support, connecting with key business executives, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process return items from customers using various databases/systems.
- Monitor stock levels and facilitate the transfer of stock to the processing team.
- Handle month-end invoicing processes and collaborate with the Accounts department.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating activity tracker reports, managing claims, and drafting status reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and provide assistance as needed.
- Liaise with the client's customer care team to provide necessary information and support.
- Maintain department equipment and ensure availability of required consumables.
- Work across several databases/systems (DPD/Orbit/Service base/Phone check)
- Update & Monitor activity tracker report, daily ‘WIP’ reports, manage claims in Orbit.

**Essential Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong administrative skills with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in an administrative role for at least 6 months.
- Experience in customer care preferred but not essential.
