As the principal service of their business, in providing export and carrier services for their clients across the globe, this role is absolutely vital in the day to day running of the services and operations. The position will work as a key part of the exports team and the position holder will be expected to have at their disposal, a plethora of relevant knowledge and information that can be called upon to ensure the service is delivered smoothly to customers.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:_
- Overseeing the whole export process of goods for assigned accounts by both road and sea
- Ensuring that charges and costs are assigned as directed and that profitability for the business is considered
- Organising the movement of goods and items
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed fully and on time to support the customs process
- Liaising with oversees offices and teams to smooth out any issues and ensure a flawless service
- Keeping knowledge up to date of regulatory requirements regarding UK based exports and making sure the business complies with these at all times
- Corresponding with clients and partners when required to ensure a cohesive customer service

**What you will need to Apply**:
To be considered for this position, you will need to possess a minimum of several years of experience within a freight or logistics environment, handling the coordinating of exporting goods. This experience should be underpinned by strong administrative skills and exposure, handling a range of coordination and documentation-based activities. Additionally, the company is seeking individuals with sound working knowledge relating customs documentation and procedures, transport procedures, shipping schedules or freight tariffs and rates. Good communication and IT skills are also necessary.
