Imports Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Imports Coordinator to join our team at Entech Technical Solutions Limited. As an Imports Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing imports and logistics in accordance with our business unit's inventory policy and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documentation for products, parts, and materials for shipment and routes following customer instructions.
  • Manage imports and logistics in accordance with UK principles and requirements.
  • Handle all shipping, Customs, and import documentation for high-value products, within project deadlines.
  • Participate in regular Import compliance audits, including HMRC Declarations.
  • Compile reports to ensure all processes are streamlined and efficient.
  • Liaise with Suppliers, Shipping, and Project Managers on timescales for installation.
Requirements:
  • Experience of ERP systems and Import/Export software or Customs Reporting systems.
  • Good skills using Excel and Data Administration.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to inspect and verify data.
  • IT Literate and have a good understanding of Excel.

Entech Technical Solutions Limited is a well-established UK Manufacturer and Service organisation with a global footprint. We are going through an exciting expansion, and this role will be key to our success next year and beyond.

This is a 12-month contract role, with the possibility of extending beyond this period. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £20-£20.50 FCSA Umbrella (inside IR35) or £15.50 Paye.
