**Furniture Project Coordinator**

Reporting to the Head of Furniture, you will be responsible for providing furniture quotes to clients and overseeing the process of furniture from order to installation, working to the highest standards to ensure furniture excellence is met across projects and sites mainly in London and the South East.

We are seeking an experienced Furniture Project Coordinator with experience of working with contract grade furniture suppliers, who is able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and demonstrate a high attention to detail. You will be working as part of the furniture team supporting Senior Furniture Consultants and the Head of Furniture with all aspects of the sales and ordering process.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Production of detailed and accurate furniture cost plans and furniture documents
- Production of detailed furniture specifications demonstrating high technical expertise supporting the design and sales process
- Managing purchase orders and installation documentation and delivery schedules

You will have at least 1 year of commercial furniture experience and have a keen interest in design and a passion for furniture.

LOCATION: London, SE1 0HR

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent, 100% office

The company does not have a fixed salary scale and will pay an appropriate and fair salary based on experience and abilities.
