Role overview:

You’ll need to be extremely passionate, methodical, organised and compliant Furniture Project Co-Ordinator working within the Furniture sector with an acute eye for detail and passionate about supporting the team. You’ll be part of a highly dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial team. As a Furniture Project Coordinator, the general purpose of the role is to work alongside the Sales team, supporting them with the product selections and quotations to secure client business. Overseeing and managing projects from order placement to completion and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support & Project Co-Ordination

• Direct liaison with client and main Salesperson with regard to finalising specification to point of order.

• Responsible for the management of orders up to 20K

• Manage additional or ad hoc client requests in liaison with the salesperson.

• Refer all commercial decisions back to the salesperson, but have commercial awareness.

• Putting together quotes based on drawings and a brief.

• Creating & Sending POs to suppliers and liaising with the supply chain based on any queries.

• Receiving and checking order acknowledgements against orders placed.

• Working with the design team to ensure drawings and presentations are correct.

• Collation of O&M Info for subcontractor to create O&M Manual

• Project completion review

• Weekly review and reporting with Head of Projects

• Create Installation Documents and Liaison with selected installation team

• Site Surveys & Site Attendance at Installation as required

• Snagging Reports as required

• Instructing Invoices for project stage payments
