Position Overview:
We are in search of a meticulous and committed Furniture Installation Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic furniture team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the on-site installation of furniture, managing all preparatory activities leading up to the installation, and conducting follow-up tasks after the installation is complete.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Installation Duties:
  • Monitor all orders to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Gather and organize information for scheduled installation dates.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure all drawings are current and precise.
  • Work closely with the project team to coordinate site access and logistics.
  • Prepare risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for each project.

Installation Duties:
  • Supervise the installation process, ensuring all components are installed accurately.
  • Conduct thorough inspections for any damage or defects in the furniture.
  • Promptly report any issues or discrepancies to suppliers for resolution.

Post-Installation Duties:
  • Follow up on any outstanding items or defects that require attention.
  • Provide training to the client team on the proper use and maintenance of the furniture.
  • Ensure complete client satisfaction and facilitate the proper handover of the project.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within the furniture or interior design sector.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with logistics, site access planning, and RAMS documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with on-site installations.
  • Knowledge of furniture products and industry standards.
  • Strong client service orientation with the ability to train and support client teams.

Working Conditions:
