We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment and HR Advisor to join our team

This role will suit someone who has both experience in HR and in Recruitment. The nature of this role includes HR responsibility with the primary focus being recruitment of both permanent and temporary staff.

**Job Description

Recruitment
- You will be supporting the HR Manager to devise a commercially viable recruitment strategy which is capable of delivering the business growth demands to meet the business plan.
- Engaging closely with the departmental managers to enable recruitment in line with changing business needs.
- Full ownership of both permanent and temporary recruitment
- Organising and arrange interviews
- Management of subcontractor and agency worker onboarding and associated compliance requirements

HR
- You will be provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on all aspects of HR case work activity (disciplinary, grievance, sickness management, performance management, redundancy)
- Ensure advice adheres to relevant employment law, and work with the HR Manager on integrating upcoming changes in employment law
- Attend disciplinary and grievance meetings, taking notes and drafting outcome letters
- Management of occupational health referrals and follow up actions and advice

**Experience**:

- Recruitment experience
- Experience as a HR Advisor
- A sound understanding of current employment law
- Knowledge of current HR good practices and techniques
- CIPD level 3/5 or working towards (desirable)
- Experience recruiting a high volume of vacancies
- Ability to communicate effectively, engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy of working
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and to influence with confidence at a senior level
- Driving licence
