About The Role
The role of the OT Cyber Risk Lead involves the implementation of Diageo’s Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security Controls and providing Support and Guidance at the Site.
This is a new and exciting opportunity that helps shape the future of Diageo’s Manufacturing Operational Technology (OT), which includes working closely with the site OT Lead and facilitating and liaising with Governance, Engineering and Senior Management, the Global OT Cyber team and serving as a point of contact for vendors and 3rd Parties.
The OT Cyber Risk Lead is responsible for offering key inputs to site Mitigation Plans and providing local guidance on OT Cyber Security Training Plans and knowledge base. They Support the embedding of Policies and Procedures at the site, participate in Monitoring, Auditing, and Reporting to establish Baselines, and aid with Incident or Business Continuity Management.
For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic, inquisitive self-starter who understands how to articulate communications to effect change in the OT community. Working across Diageo’s global manufacturing sites, you will develop and lead the OT cybersecurity compliance programme, empowering the OT community to be cyber secure.
Key Responsibilities/Duties within the Role include:
- Lead the delivery of the OT cybersecurity programme for Leven Packaging
- Work towards implementing standards and controls that facilitate a secure OT environment in alignment with the Central Engineering team
- Work with the central OT team to deliver best practice at the site
- Guide, motivate and lead the site to meet Diageo’s cybersecurity objectives through positive engagement and secure values
- Act as a risk champion at site encouraging best practice
- Engage in audits focused on operational process and controls
- Act as a risk champion within the business, using your skills to guide, motivate and lead the OT community to meet Diageo’s cybersecurity objectives through positive engagement across teams/individuals to encourage best practice
You will have the expertise within Cyber security to confidently question and challenge and drive focus to help teams understand their responsibilities and the importance of their role in mitigating risk.
You will have expertise working in cyber security and/or related disciplines, such as IT/OT Technology, IT/OT audit, IT/OT risk management, or IT/OT operational risk, as well as knowledge or working experience assessing or implementing cyber security controls based on NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISA99/IEC 62443, or a willingness to undertake this.
Working Hours
Working hours are 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexible opportunities to work remotely/from home.
