The health records department are looking to hire a team player to work in outpatients. Alternating cover between pulling, prepping, clinic coordinator, and new patient coordinator. This will include sitting on relevant clinic reception, answering patient queries and ensuring clinics are prepped and organised adequately

An excellent opportunity has arisen in health records.

The applicants will need excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate with tact and diplomacy, whilst providing a professional service.

You must have the ability to work in a busy environment and be confident in liaising and meeting with all grades of healthcare staff and patients.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
