The Administration Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support service for clinics and patients attending the Living Well and Physiotherapy Services in Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (UHB), maintaining waiting lists targets in line Welsh Government Referral to Treatment (RTT) guidance and with the Policies and Procedures of the UHB.

We have a full-time administrative assistant position to support the “Living Well” and Physiotherapy Services. Our services provide prehabilitation, rehabilitation and wellbeing support to patients to ensure an active and healthy population. The “Living Well” services consist of the cancer and orthopaedic prehabilitation services and the living well programme.
