**About The Role**:
As Resource Planning Analyst, you'll create forecasts, plan both employee resource and investment time, all whilst optimising shifts across our customer service and sales teams.

You'll analyse the performance of contact centre resource in real time as well as producing reports for the management team.

You’ll be comfortable with numbers and recognizing where 'actual' numbers - like call volumes and actual sales show a variance to what was forecasted.

Why are more customers calling than expected? Is this increase in sales going to be a short term or long-term change? These are the kind of questions you’ll be asking...exciting stuff, right?

**Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing**:

- Adherence management
- Analysing call volumes and actual sales
- Holiday requests, tracking and management
- Management and optimising of teams scheduling
- Real Time performance/data monitoring
- Stakeholder management
- Reporting on matters related to the teams
- Data analysis and asking the relevant questions across the business

**A Few Things About You**:

- Are you methodical and well organised?
- Do you have great attention to detail?
- Can you manage a variety of stakeholders?
- Do you have great communication skills both verbally and written?
- Can you be a team player who can also work alone if needed?
- Are you good with Excel?
