The Beauty Growth Academy is a leading business coaching organization with the largest online membership for beauty business owners in the UK. We specialize in providing valuable resources and support to our members, helping them achieve their business goals. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team and assist in managing administrative tasks and providing support to our growing business.
This is an office based role and your services will be required 5 days a week. Working hours can be flexible to align with school drop off/pick up if needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Payment Processing**: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments from members, tracking receipts, and addressing any payment-related issues or discrepancies.
- **Membership Management**: Handle membership-related tasks such as cancellations, renewals, and upgrades, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.
- **Customer Support**: Respond to support inquiries from our members, providing excellent customer service and addressing their questions and concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and hours as the business grows.
- References from previous employers will be requested.
