**PURPOSE OF THE POST**:
To support the Business Development and Fundraising Manager in fundraising activities three days per week and provide business support for Torus Foundation projects for the remaining two days per week.

To co-ordinate the production of information to support the development of bids, tenders, reports and social accounts.

To grow Torus Foundation’s corporate fundraising activity through identifying, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with Torus Group suppliers and wider networks.

To represent Torus Foundation at events, promoting the positive work of the charity and encouraging future investment.

To provide co-ordination support for key Torus Foundation projects including administering the Community Investment Fund.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Work closely with Torus group members to maximise social value opportunities.

Lead fundraising campaigns and events to attract new donors.

Create recognition opportunities for donors, promoting strategic corporate partnerships across Torus Foundation, working with the Communication and Marketing Team.

Represent Torus Foundation at key stakeholder events, liaising with corporates and high net worth individuals with the aim of developing new donor relationships.

Coordinate in-kind funding reporting across Torus Foundation.

Administer the Community Investment Fund, liaising with applicants and ensuring that all monitoring and evidence returns are submitted.

Centrally monitor and record all budget expenditure and performance including raising and goods receipting purchase orders.

Arrange meetings, co-ordinate attendee’s diary bookings, take minutes, respond to telephone queries.

Provide support to ensure that data is captured manually and electronically, including the creation and maintenance of appropriate spreadsheets and data bases.

Develop, promote and maintain a high standard of customer care at all times.

Engaging with customers to identify needs and make appropriate referrals.

Support and work closely with Housing and Neighbourhood Teams, in particular the Customer Involvement Team and Welfare Reform officers.

To carry out such other duties and responsibilities as are consistent with the concept of the role.
