**Multi-Trades Recruitment is currently looking for a Business & Contract Support officer, to work within the St Helens area.**

**Responsibilities**:

- General admin duties
- To be responsible for the management of financial administration procedures, including compliance with financial regulations.
- Coordinate the quarterly performance meetings for all commissioned services
- To support with development of new policies where gaps may exist or where the new need is identified
- To contribute to ensuring the function’s business targets are met, by best practice, to the agreed specification, and with full compliance with health, safety, professional standards, statutory, and other relevant legislation.
- Produce confidential reports, correspondence, and other relevant documentation.

**Requirements**:

- MUST HAVE A UK DRIVING LICENSE
- Good verbal and written communication skills with colleagues, the public, other agencies, and external contractors
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to problem solve finding creative solutions to complex problems via good conceptual thinking, reasoning, and numeracy skills, with sound analytical abilities
- Organized and systematic
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Analysing information from numerous sources

**Qualifications needed**:

- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
