About the Role

Are you passionate about People and Hospitality? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic and multi-skilled HR Team. Working closely with our HR Director, this role is responsible for creating a people centric support service to over 400 associates across our resort. This role will also provide comprehensive support in all HR functions including organisational development, recruitment and section, performance manage and employee relations to build the strength of our organisation.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate appraisals and PDP annual process by communicating expectations, tracking progress and supporting managers in line with our business objectives.
Coordinate annual Kohler Co. HR programs ensuring maximum participations levels in partnership with Learning and Development.
To assist the HR Director, DSA in the preparation of regular salary reviews including Annual Merit Process, Minimum and Living Wage.
To continuously review and interpret employment legislation updates, provide recommendations in respect of HR policy and practice to HR Director for review and implementation.
Consult and guide our Senior Management Team in the administration and management of performance management tools, succession planning and career path development.
Understand all DSA business unit objectives and contribute to the design, continuous review and implementation of the Resort People Strategy.
Meet with Senior Management Team on a regular basis to understand HR issues and provide support mitigating any potential risk.
Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, capability and redundancy.
Completion of payroll tracker on a monthly basis in line with deadlines, liaise with payroll team for action including coordination of starters, leavers and changes report, holiday pay and outstanding payments for meeting payroll monthly deadlines.
Maintain and update HR systems and records.
Responsible for supporting effective recruitment activities up to and including senior level in each resort area and onboarding support to Senior Management Team.
Responsibility for achieving specific longer term HR projects in line with HR Strategy and business requirements. Collating information where required for Kohler Co for example annual Gender pay gap report and GLINT engagement survey.
Review HR processes of the associate journey on an annual basis to ensure compliance with legislation and Kohler systems, identifying issues to HR Director, DSA.

About You

You will be a people focused leader with a proven track record in influencing internal and external stakeholders on a range of HR and organisational issues. To be successful in this role, you will have strong relationship building skills, the ability to work on your own initiative, a keen eye for attention to detail and a strong team work ethic. An appreciation for confidentiality, a sound understanding on employment law and legislation and experience of HR systems are essential along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR role, in a complex environment.
