**Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using QuickBooks
- Transcribe notes and documents as needed
- Coordinate projects with other team members
- File and maintain patient records and other office documents
- Provide excellent customer support to patients and visitors
**Experience**:
- At least 2 years of experience in a dental office or similar setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
