Due to our continuing growth, we are looking for a caring and compassionate person, with previous care experience, who is ready for their next challenge. We are currently recruiting for a Care workers Cranleigh.

**What we are looking for -**

Are you a compassionate healthcare worker, with a caring and professional attitude? We are looking for carers to work a variety of shifts and hours to cover Cranleigh and surrounding areas, where you will be able to make a real difference to the lives of the people that require our care. We have shifts available between the hours of 7am to 11pm so we can fit in with your existing commitments. (Must be available for minimum of 4 weekend days, a month) and now offering fixed hour contracts) This role is flexible and can fit in with your family life

**Role Requirements -**
- To provide quality care for people in their own homes
- Previous experience is preferred but a real passion to help others is essential, as full training will be given in all aspects of care.
- Due to nature of the job, driving is essential for this role as is access to your own vehicle.
- A caring nature and passion to make a real difference to someone’s life
- Great communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work as part of a team supporting each other when necessary
- Flexibility, reliability, hard work and honesty

**Role Responsibilities-**
- Personal care
- Companionship and communication
- Building relationships with service users and their families
- Food preparation
- Light household chores
- Shopping or ordering food deliveries
- Assist with medication
- Laundry
- Take service user out for local trips
- Engage with service users’ pastimes and hobbies
