What this job involves
Develop and deliver initiatives, policies, education and awareness programmes that promote a diverse and inclusive culture and drive cultural change in close collaboration with HR
Analyse and report on key diversity metrics to track progress against the D,E&I ambitions and commitments within the UK sustainability strategy, providing regular updates to the UK Board
Raise awareness and accountability for diversity and inclusion across the whole employee base
Lead the completion of core D,E&I Indexes aligned to the UK D,E&I strategy
Manage the UK D,E&I programme budget

Desired skills for this job
Strong storyteller who can draw from data and examples to clearly articulate the business-enabling impact of D,E&I initiatives
Ability to work proactively, at pace, joining the dots quickly to solve complex problems
Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management at all levels of the organisation
Project and programme management
Able to balance new ideas and approaches with pragmatic solutions, identifying the best way forward to achieve objectives
