**Key Responsibilities of the Investment Administrator**:

- Assist and prepare reports, correspondence and other relevant documentation including investment proposals
- Onboard new clients and collate data that will assist with the administration of their accounts
- Provide clients and/or their agents with information and reports about their portfolios
- Support and assist the team in general branch administration
- Ensure compliance with FCA requirements, the Branch Manual, Code of Conduct policies and T&C framework

**Person Specification for the Investment Administrator**:

- Educated to A Level education or above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly Word and Excel
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience within financial services, or another regulated environment would be preferable
