Do you have the skills to provide the best financial assistance to vulnerable people currently in housing crisis?
This is an exciting opportunity to work in partnership with (housing support grant) commissioned support organisations to plan and deliver quality financial/housing assistance to some of the most vulnerable people in Newport and assist them into longer term, sustainable tenancies.
Newport City Council are looking for an enthusiastic, empathic and resourceful individual to help provide quality support via a person centred approach to identify potential barriers to a successful Move-on into permanent accommodation and avoid cyclical homelessness.
This is a brand new vacancy within our support unit, so you would be responsible for helping setting up this exciting and valuable addition to the TASA support team.
