**Location: London/Hybrid (2 days in the office / 3 days working from home - Flexible)**

**Salary: £70-95,000 + bonus + car allowance + great benefits**

Our Client is a global FTSE listed company with a reputation for providing innovative and robust reward strategies to their teams. We are seeking an experienced Reward professional with a specialism in Executive Reward strategies.

We’re looking for a talented Executive Reward Manager to join our Client’s reward team to provide specialist knowledge to the management of the company’s executive reward policies, compliance and communications. Working as part of a small reward team, youwill play a key role in the design and delivery of the global reward agenda

**Executive Reward Policy & Process**

**Directors Remuneration Report and Remuneration Policy review**

As a FTSE listed company, they are required to complete an annual Directors’ Remuneration Report as well as a Remuneration Policy Review every three years. 2023 is the year in which their Remuneration Policy will be reviewed. This role is responsible forthe project management and production of these activities. A good knowledge of external best practice in this space is also advantageous.

**Share Plans**

Knowledge of share schemes is essential as they offer a long-term incentive plan (LTIP) for senior colleagues as well as share incentive plans for all colleagues. This role will be responsible for the delivery of the LTIP each year and is also a key contactto provide support and data to international People and Finance colleagues to ensure international filings are completed accurately and on a timely basis.

**Mobility**

In collaboration with the Employment Tax Manager, this role is responsible for looking after global mobility arrangements for senior colleagues, liaising with colleagues in tax, to create legislatively compliant arrangements for our expatriate employees.

**The role**:

- Leading on global policy design and process changes for executive remuneration to ensure that the global reward offer continues to align to the corporate business strategy;
- Lead the production of the annual Directors’ Remuneration Report and Remuneration Policy Review;
- Providing advice and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the key relevant compliance and guidance information relating to executive reward for FTSE listed companies;
- Manage the design and delivery of the executive long-term incentive plan;
- Completion of data insights and cost modelling including for Remuneration Committee papers as required;
- Support the implementation of global mobility arrangements for senior leadership;
- Working on ad-hoc reward projects throughout the year, including research and analysis together with the development of recommendations
- Advising People partners regarding executive reward queries and decisions.

**The person**:

- Degree educated as a minimum
- This role is ideal for someone who has experience in executive reward who has proven project management skills, strong analytical skills and is able to work collaboratively across the Group.
- Experience of working in a FTSE 100/250 Group Reward team, ideally with at least 3 years’ experience with key responsibilities similar to those mentioned above
- Experience of share plans administration
- Experience of working with HRIS (SAP) systems
- Experience in the design and implementation of executive reward policies and processes
- Project Management, including ability to work under own initiative and manage deadlines effectively
- Analytical and able to work with large datasets
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Team working and ability to work and communicate with senior stakeholders and staff at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High focus on quality
- Ability to work under pressure
