Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista/ Front of House to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organised work area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with food preparation as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
