Barista/bartender

Exciting new business in a fantastic location is seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team as Bartenders / Baristas. We are driven by a commitment to quality and exceptional service, and we are offering full-time and part-time positions for immediate start. The roles are seasonal, but we are looking for dedicated applicants who have the potential to become permanent team members.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and quality standards.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering suggestions to enhance their experience.

Operate and handle transactions accurately.

Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.

Restock and manage supplies to ensure availability during service hours.

Create and serve signature cocktails and drinks, showcasing creativity and innovation.

Comply with all safety and health regulations, ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service and a positive atmosphere.

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers, following recipes and quality guidelines.

Welcome customers, take orders, and answer questions about our coffee and tea selections.

Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.

Create latte art and other coffee presentations to elevate the customer experience.

Collaborate with the team to maintain excellent service and a welcoming environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or Barista is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
- Knowledge of coffee and cocktail-making techniques is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older for Bartender position (due to alcohol service).

Please note, we are also looking to hire front of house serving positions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
