We have an urgent temporary administrative role starting immediately in the Garforth area. Commitment is needed for up to 3 months. You need good admin experience, excellent communication skills and must be able to commit.
Job Profile
Varied admin roles requiring good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook) and accurate keyboard work. There is regular client and supplier contact in this role as well.
**Responsibilities**:
- Varied admin duties including adding and updating information on spreadsheets and databases
- Cross checking information
- Adding compliance documents to internal system
- Be the first point of contact to clients, responding to queries
- Liaising with external contacts for additional information
- Preparing information and documents
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:
- Good understanding of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Team
- Highly professional on the phone with good customer services skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Good all round admin experience
Hours: Mon to Fri 35 hours per week (some roles are 37.5)
**Salary**: £12.00 to £12.50 per hour.
Location: Near to Garforth - free car parking
