**What you will be doing**:
This is not an exhaustive list role description, other requests within the remit of **Business and Sales Administration Assistant **will be required.

Duties include:
**Sales Focused**
- Create new and update existing client accounts. Ensure accurate and detailed information is on the system.
- Create and update quotes on the company system and submit to clients in a timely manner.
- Upload client orders onto the company system and populate all areas of the system with concise and clear information that allows the company to deliver the clients exact requirements on time and at the cost given.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company products, the industry and why and how our products offer value to clients.

**Supplier Focused.**
- Reviewing sell prices when incoming external price increases warrant.
- implementation of increases to system price logs.
- Ordering and monitoring of required products from named suppliers ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and price range, disputing any variation resulting in client dissatisfaction and additional cost/time increases.
- Creating purchase orders based on quotes provided from suppliers or using the relevant suppliers price list.
- Checking supplier costs on an annual basis.
- Setting Service Level Agreements with External suppliers.

**Internal Assistance**
- Maintaining Flowzone based on client and departmental requirements. Reporting to the FZ Leads
- Update and Manage Product/client templates and product codes on the company systems.
- Placing courier orders for next day and same day deliveries. Ensuring that accurate tracking numbers are obtained, and deliveries are checked.
- Monitoring incoming orders from suppliers
- **Working days and hours to be discussed at interview**_
- **This is an advanced Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.**_
- **The Apprenticeship will take approximately 18 months to complete.**_
- **You will be paid the apprenticeship wage of £6.40/hour for the first 12 months of the apprenticeship.**_
