Customer & Sales Administration Apprentice

**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity to be part of a well established Automotive Aftermarket Customer Support / Sales Excellence Department.
As a whole Business, you will join a global leader in filtration, established for over 80 years and will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills within and growing industry.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Supporting office manager with monthly customer analyses
2. Analysis of stock cleanses and returns for all Aftermarket customers across the automotive and industrial business divisions
3. Assisting sales managers with customer queries and statistics
4. Liaising with the customer service centre on a daily basis
5. Co-ordination with parent company over routine enquiries and instructions
6. Ensuring adherence to company guidelines
7. Help implement new ideas into department.
8. Actively contribute to streamline office and SAP processes.

**Requirements**:
- Maths & English GCSE A-C grade or equivalent qualifications
- Confident communicator with an openness to learn
- Team player
- Motivated
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Confident and positive attitude
- **Please note**:_
- Travel may be required from time to time within the UK (including overnight stays (costs are covered by Business)). There may also be future opportunities for occasional international travel. (Passport required)_
- Level 3 Business Administration studies to be completed alongside this role_
