Sales Administrator

**1. Order Processing**:

- Receive and process sales orders from customers.
- Ensure accuracy of order details, including product information, pricing, and delivery specifications.
- Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, shipping, and finance to fulfill customer orders.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Address customer issues or concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**3. Sales Support**:

- Generate and distribute sales-related documentation such as invoices, contracts, and quotations.
- Update and maintain customer databases and sales records.

**4. Communication**:

- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain necessary information for order fulfillment.

**6. Administrative Tasks**:

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Manage and order office supplies as needed for the sales department.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledge of sales processes and basic understanding of the industry.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
