Sales Administrator

A new opportunity has opened up to join an incredibly exciting, award-winning Toy Manufacturer. As a first role in sales, training will be provided and a strong sales team will be around to support.
As the Sales Administrator liaising with our Hong Kong sourcing team and our largely UK based Sales Managers you’ll have the opportunity to be a significant part of one of the fastest growing toy companies in Europe, which is also making strong inroads into the wider global market (North America, The Middle East and Asia Pacific) and values team work as the driver for individual success and progression.
With ambitious growth plans ahead, they are looking for someone to help support in the building of relationships with some of the biggest toy chains. You’ll join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and deliver best in class sales administration.
Sales Administrator:
*Work closely with the sales managers to ensure timely set up of New Lines, accurate completion of New line forms for customers.
*Timely and accurate processing of purchase orders for both domestic and far east shipments.
- Work closely with customers and Supply chain to ensure all customer labelling and operating manuals are up to date
- Communicate relentlessly with the sales team and the Far East teams to ensure timelines are delivered
- Run weekly EPOS sales and other reports required for the commercial team
- Liaise with customers to answer any queries or questions they may have
- Update customers website images and copy where required
The Sales Administrator must have:
- A love of admin
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- A willingness to learn new skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel & analytical skills are essential
- The desire to thrive in a fast-paced and scaling environment and are able to work in a collaborative team
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- A commercially driven mindset with customer needs always at the core of your work
- Good communication skills
