Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership and Management: - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. - Set clear sales objectives and targets for the team. - Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure the team's success. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. - Identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. - Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

3. Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales approaches.

4. Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue and conversion rates. - Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management. - Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Ensure sales team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,107.00-£24,711.00 per year
