Kitchen Assistant
**Duties**:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen manager
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash and chop vegetables, fruits, and herbs
- Assist in plating and presentation of dishes
- Receive and store food supplies and ingredients
- Assist in stock management and stock rotation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Part time only available, rate of pay based on experience
