Kitchen Porter Assistant

At The Fellows House Hotel, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package for our full-time Kitchen Porter position. With an estimated annual salary of $30,000-$40,000, this role is ideal for individuals with previous kitchen experience looking to develop their skills in a professional environment.
Job Description- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, including dishwash areas, pot wash areas, dry stores, kitchen floors, and refuse area.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times.
- Keep all cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils washed and clean.
- Assist kitchen staff in receiving goods.
- Ensure all dishwashers and pot wash machines are properly cleaned.
- Take out the garbage from the kitchen.
