**What you’ll be doing**
We have exciting opportunities to join our First Contact Resolution Team as a **Specialist Agent** and share our vision to create the best experience for our customers. In this role you will be working in a busy blended environment, as the first point of contact for a team of high performing Customer Service Advisors.
**Key Accountabilities**:
Deliver Customer Outcomes: You will have a good knowledge of our systems and processes to be able to support your team with any queries to deliver the right outcomes for customers. You will lead by example and manage escalated and sensitive customer complaintsalong with taking calls from customers when there is a demand.
Engagement: It can be a challenging environment that requires constant prioritisation and balancing. You will need to work with your team manager to keep your team engaged and motivated to get it right for our customers. You will be a strong influencer andable to communicate at all levels.
Continuous Improvement: You will work with your team manager to support with driving and maintaining high standards of performance by completing quality checks within your team alongside delivering feedback. You will feel confident with delivering feedbackand coaching to support with your team’s growth.
**_You will be working 36 hours per week between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm Monday - Friday. You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays; for this, you will be given time off in the week._**
