Property Manager Opportunity in Stanmore

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team in Stanmore. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of leasehold management, including service charges, insurance, major works, resident correspondence, site inspections, and AGMs.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports, including financial statements and service charge budgets.
  • Collaborate with the block management team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leasehold management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in IT systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IRPM/TPI qualification is desirable but not essential.
