The **Projects Administrator** is required to works from our **_London office, 4 days a week and 1 day from home initially_**, to provide administrative support for the business support and projects team on one or more projects.

**What you’ll be doing as our Projects Administrator**:

- Provide support, document control and administrative duties for project manager.
- Designing and controlling the project schedule.
- Main point of contact for incoming telephone calls in relation to the relevant project(s)
- Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value
- Coordination, management and minute-taking of client and internal meetings
- Control and manage onsite material of stock sheets
- Control and manage onsite tester records and calibration
- Control and manage all H&S/Quality documentation
- Compilation of reports as and when required
- Checking of project documentation for grammar and spelling as and when required
- Provide administrative support to project team as and when required
- Input timesheet data onto site system for all project personnel

**What we’re looking for in our Projects Administrator**:
**_Essential_**
- Previous experience working as a Project administrator or similar role
- Worked in a customer facing environment
- Computer literate
- Use of Microsoft products, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good Organistaion skills
- Good inter-personal skills
- Good communication
- Work well under pressure
- Enthusiastic and dynamic personality

**_Preffred but not Essential_**
- Experience of Sage Line 500
