Newtown Campus
The Maintenance IV position is responsible for maintaining the campus buildings in a safe and efficient manner. This includes, but is not limited to, painting, carpentry, roofing, equipment maintenance, record keeping, snow removal, maintaining tools and duties as described by the Facilities Director.
Base starting Salary: $25.26/hr. Additional certifications may also qualify for hourly bonus.
Pre-placement physical & drug screening is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma-
- Proven experience in maintenance, with proficiency in painting, carpentry, roofing, and equipment maintenance.-
- Ability to operate tools and equipment relating to Maintenance duties.-
- Ability to work independently, carrying out work orders as required.-
- Valid driver’s license-
