The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our FMCG manufacturing facility by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving equipment, particularly in the areas of conveyors, motors, belts, and pumps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, including conveyors, motors, belts, and pumps.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution.
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, including rewiring and component replacement, to ensure equipment reliability.
- Fault Finding: Utilize advanced fault-finding techniques to quickly identify and rectify issues within the production line.
- Work closely with the production team to understand recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Compliance and Safety: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work completed, parts used, and safety checks performed.
- Installation and Upgrades: Assist with the installation and upgrade of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
