Groundworker/motorway Maintenance Operative

Chapman Recruitment require a Maintenance Technician to join a small team of operatives who are responsible for the maintenance of the roads and tunnels in North and Mid Wales. A work van and fuel card will be provided for this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform various manual labor tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utilities
- Dig trenches and excavate areas for utility installation
- Operate hand tools and power equipment such as shovels, rakes, jackhammers, andFollow all safety guidelines and regulations
**Skills**:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £31,000.00 per year
