As part of Student Support Services you will support and facilitate the achievement of stretching targets for student outcomes for continuation, completion, retention, progression and achievement delivering an excellent student experience.

As part of Student Support Services you will support and facilitate the achievement of stretching targets for student outcomes for continuation, completion, retention, progression and achievement delivering an excellent student experience.

This post will lead and motivate a team of Student Advisors allocating workloads and resources to ensure that the team delivers an outstanding customer service in-person, over the phone and in written responses across all faculties and campuses.

You will need to work collaboratively, particular with colleagues in the same role to ensure a consistent service. You will have the ability to identify areas for improvement, suggest alternatives and implement changes. You will need experience of working in a busy environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

A high level of customer service practice is essential to the role.

**Student Support Coordinator Role and Responsibilities**
- Effective leadership and line management, taking a lead role in the workload and resource allocation.
- Review and create written procedures and guidance.
- Plan and deliver key activities to achieve targets meeting internal and external regulatory requirements
- Ensuring excellent customer service and consistency across multiple service points.
- Collaborative working.

**Student Support Coordinator Requirements**
- Confidence and proven ability to motivate, lead and develop staff.
- Experience of developing and delivering excellent customer service.
- Demonstrable experience of managing and ensuring legislative and process compliance.
- Ability to learn, understand and explain procedures and policies
- Experience of working in a challenging environment, adapting to changing priorities and timescales.
