**Pay Rate**: Circa £220 per day
Pontoon Solutions are currently in the market for a Talent Acquisition Advisor, on behalf of our high-profile, multinational utilities client Their vision is to be at the heart of a clean, fair, and affordable energy future. The team is based across Warwick and flexible arrangements are supported and encouraged, although there will be a requirement to attend the office as and when required.

**Other Responsibilities Include**:

- Working with Hiring Managers to take detailed briefings to ensure suitable adverts are created attracting the best possible talent
- Managing roles across varying business areas
- Remain highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

**Key Skills/Experience Required**:

- Excellent knowledge of recruitment practices gained from an in-house recruitment background, or RPO.
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting roles across various business areas
- Experience of using success factors (highly desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
