**EV Charging Operations Associate**

**Location**: Victoria, London

**Salary**: £30,000 - 35,000 pa + company benefits

**Job type**: Full-time, Permanent, 8-hour day shift, Monday-Friday (Minimum 3 days in office, ideally 5)

My client is at the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution. An established name in renewable energy, they are a company with an ethos based on sustainability, and they intend to become the go-to commercial charging infrastructure supplier.

They’re unique in that their founders have over 15 years’ experience in the EV sector, so they appreciate the moving market and the huge growth in demand. Their agnostic strategy means a relationship with the client is the most important aspect of the process, so once they have this, the charging then follows.

My client is made up of a talented team of EV enthusiasts up and down the country, and they’re looking for like-minded individuals to join them on their journey.

**The Sales Operations Team are responsible for**:

- Analysing and designing a cost-effective Electric Vehicle Charging solution for any future business opportunities
- Establishing, sustaining, and enhancing connections with our supply chain and delivery partners to guarantee that sales quotations can be met and are aligned with the sales pipeline.
- Provide assurances that, upon receiving a new contract, we will have an efficient plan for delivery with definite timeframes and adequate resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the initial sales qualification assessment of opportunities to identify the suitability and scope of each opportunity
- Liaise with clients and installation partners to organise site surveys and to attend site surveys where appropriate
- Create design layouts for upcoming opportunities in order to provide a clear definition of works to be performed
- Develop projects from indicative proposals into fully-formed and costed technical solutions for presentation to clients
- Actively participate in the sales pipeline discussions in order to plan and prepare delivery resources and equipment supply
- Maintain and improve relationships with delivery partners and analyse their quality of works, communication, cost, and availability in order to select which delivery partner best fits the upcoming opportunity
- Request and review installation quotes from the delivery partners and continue to negotiate and secure optimum commercial terms with our supply chain and delivery partners
- Work and communicate directly with the relevant contacts of our clients where appropriate, to ensure they have all the delivery and technical information which they require
- Day-to-day organisation including; Sourcing and maintaining all required equipment specifications and information, Producing reports on the sales pipeline for presentation to the wider Company Charging team, Maintaining an up-to-date record of project progress and information within our systems
- Confidence and professionalism communicating to a range of personnel including internal colleagues, clients, contractors, and delivery partners
- An analytical and technical mindset and approach when solving problems and making decisions
- Collaboration skills working closely with members of the Sales Operations, the Sales, and the wider company team
- Experience with CAD design software is preferred but not required
- Experience in the EV industry is preferred but not required
- Full, clean driving license is preferred but not required
