**The Role: Operations Account Associate**

We're on the lookout for an **Operations Account Associate** to join our team and be a driving force in shaping our in-house finance and operations function. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager, ensuring smooth cash management operations and contributing to our growing success.

As we expand globally, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Operations Account Associate to join our dedicated team.

- **Technical Proficiency**: Excel in the use of Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Excel proficiency.
- **Adaptability**: Possess the ability to navigate through complex problemsolving scenarios.
- **Bonus Points**: Prior experience with ONFIDO/ORBIS, familiarity with AML/KYC procedures, and experience in Management Information reporting.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Conducting onboarding of new clients within the cash management platform, ensuring adherence to AML/KYC and internal compliance procedures.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries regarding deposit instructions, withdrawals, and closures.
- Compiling client tax statements upon request.
- Assisting operations with communications to account users.
- Preparing monthly management information on overall account status.
- Maintaining upto-date information for each account on CRM-Flightdeck.
- Preparing compliance reports monthly.
- **Compensation Package**: £26K to £30K DOE
- **Location**:London (Hybrid) Tues-Thurs in our London Office
- **Hours**: Full Time, Permanent Mon-Fri
- **Holiday**: 25 Days + BH
