**Main Responsibilities**
- Contacting students, clients and current host families
- Recruiting Host Families
- Assessing Host Family Suitability
- Arranging Host Family Viewings
- Updating and maintaining student and host family records
- Allocating students to host families
- Having the emergency phone at evenings/weekends
- Communicating effectively with relevant parties
- Additional duties as required

- Essential_
- Highly organized, resilient and possesses dedication to get the job done
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a friendly and pleasant atmosphere in the administration office
- Ability to work in a team and communicate efficiently with all parties involved
- Willingness to take responsibility of own tasks
- Proven organisational / administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to anticipate problems and be resourceful when working to resolve them
- Flexibility, adaptability and ability to cope with a fast-paced and changeable industry
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Access
- Desirable_
- First Degree or equivalent (Level 6 Qualification)
- Proven experience with customer service
- Proven experience with accommodation within a language school environment
- Ability to use social media to recruit and advertise.
