To support our strategy and to underpin our strength, we are expanding our team. We have identified the opportunity to support our membership with a new Contract Administrator and European Group Coordinator. If you have proven experience managing contracts, we’d love to hear from you

In this role, you will report to and work closely with the AWEBB CEO. The role is full-time and based in Cowbridge, South Wales. There will be occasional travel required to facilitate and support our European Partners. The salary for this role is competitive and is dependent upon experience and qualifications.

**European Partner Responsibilities Include**:

- Establishing and maintaining a strong working relationship with our European Partner; IDEE:

- Benchmarking
- quarterly members turnover. reporting members turnover information for each quarter, along with market share %.
- Reporting on contract fulfilment every quarter. Contacting suppliers involved and checking with them for % of completion of tasks.
- Annually collating and reporting on members turnover for rebate calculations.
- Completion of Member Profiling Questionnaire, annual completion at the end of the year.
- Ensuring Member Service Documentation is completed and returned.
- Supporting our partner’s marketing team with their needs and liaising with our Marketing Administrator.
- Connecting with UK based category managers for IDEE and ensuring they are supported.
- Event attendance within Europe approximately four times per year.
- Ad hoc support and communication as required.

**UK Contract Administration Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensuring all contracts are followed up on to finalisation within our agreement management system.
- Ensuring regular promotions are agreed with suppliers, planned, executed, monitored and reported on.
- Ensure all relevant documents associated with each contract are communicated where required and filed.
- Escalate any contractual issues to the CEO.
- Take ownership of member and supplier requests and queries.
- Assisting with incoming calls.
- Attending meetings with suppliers.
- Driving group consolidation of member orders as separate promotions.
- Monitoring contractual performance using spreadsheets and our internal system.
- Analysing risks associated with specific contract terms.
- Providing detailed reporting to the involved parties at the end of a contract.
- Administering and managing financial records, invoices, credits and final accounts as per project requirement.
- To ensure contract and Promotional activity results in direct member benefits.
- Report Quarterly to the CEO on commercial activity.
- To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the CEO.

- Ability to review contractual documents, anticipating business needs.
